What is Sucralose Pure Powder?
Discovered in 1976, Sucralose is a synthetic sweetener that is used as an effective means of replacing sugar in several food products. Sucralose derives from sugar; synthesis occurs through chlorination of the sugar molecule. In the chlorination process, three hydrogen-oxygen groups undergo substitution with chlorine atoms. The artificial sweetener may be a satisfactory substitute for sugar in every capacity that sugar is currently used. In addition, Sucralose boasts no aftertaste meaning that you are unlikely to tell the difference between it and real sugar.
