What Is NALT Powder?
N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine, or NALT for short, is a modified formulation of a non-essential amino acid comprised of L-Tyrosine and acetic acid. Our bodies naturally produce L-Tyrosine which helps to create dopamine, adrenaline and noradrenaline, thyroid hormones, and melanin. How Does NALT Work?
N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine, or NALT, is naturally produced in the body when consuming protein-rich foods such as red meat, chicken, and fish. L-Tyrosine is created when the liver metabolizes the amino acid phenylalanine, through tyrosine hydroxylase.
When adrenergic neurons stimulate, the release of tyrosine hydroxylase begins, preparing L-Tyrosine to produce catecholamines. When the release of the adrenergic transmitters increases, there is a requirement for more dopamine, norepinephrine, or epinephrine. Dopamine is an essential factor concerning cognition as it assists in motor skills and memory. Epinephrine and norepinephrine are the hormones tied to the 'fight-or-flight' response within the brain and help you stay alert.

Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 leveled scoop (~300 mg) mixed with 6 - 8 ounces of water or suitable beverage. Taken once daily, preferably before a meal or as directed by your qualified health professional. A microscale is recommended for accurate measuring.

Been using this product for several years
I've been using HR's NATL for several years now and I have been very satisfied with it. It's good quality and works as expected.

Great quality & works well.
I used a competitor's brand for nearly 10 years and had to search out a new provider when my old brand stopped making powders. Having worked in the supplement industry for 7 years, I know that there are alot of companies who use inferior quality source materials, so finding a good product to replace the other brand was important to me. Also, I use this to treat depression, so having a product that works was also extremely important. After using HardRhino's N-acetyl tyrosine powder for a year, I can say that I'm very pleased with it. And I'm glad I've found a great product that works.

Less is more
I'm used to taking NALT in higher doses when in capsules. This doesn't work as a powder. I find I'm taking half of my normal allotment for the same result. Anymore and I get more loopy than I can tolerate.

Pure powder at a really good price
For years I have used NALT powder (along with ashwaganda) as a treatment for ADHD. The NALT powder from Hard Rhino is top quality and cost less than the place I had been buying it from. Definitely recommended.
