Citicoline is a nootropic supplement, also known as cytidine-5'-di-phosphocholine, and is a naturally occurring compound found in the body's cells. The supplement derives from cytidine and choline, bound via two phosphate groups. The presence of cytidine and choline allows citicoline to be converted into uridine, which supports the acetylcholine and phospholipid metabolism. Phospholipids are an essential molecule of the cell membrane and support adequate function in cells. Citicoline
I have Mast Cell Activation Syndrome and this product has been a lifesaver for me! I'm allergic to soy and unable to eat non-organic Foods and I only have a very limited amount of foods I can eat and process due to gastroparesis.
