Artichoke leaf extract made from the leaf of the Artichoke vegetable to create a high concentration of properties that assist in the benefits of the artichoke plant.

How Does Artichoke Leaf Extract Work?
The leafs of the Artichoke plant has ongoing clinical and experimental trials showing complementary benefits as a herbal remedy. Artichokes rank among the most antioxidant-rich of all vegetables. The Artichoke contains a specific antioxidant called luteolin which in studies suggest it may assist in prevention of cholesterol formation. In other studies it is suggested that artichoke leaf encourages your body to process cholesterol more efficiently to lower overall levels. Also due to Artichoke's rich antioxidant properties it is suggested that may assist in healthy liver function when taken at doses of 600mg daily. Artichoke leaf in addition to its rich antioxidant properties happens to be rich in inulin, a type of fiber which acts as a prebiotic assisting in the improvement in gut bacteria.

Directions & Allergens

Suggested Use: 

As a dietary supplement, take 1 rounded scoop (~700 mg) mixed with 6 - 8 ounces of water or suitable beverage. Taken once daily, preferably with meals or as directed by your qualified health professional.


This product contains no Soy, Dairy, Dairy byproducts, Eggs, Fish, Shellfish, Wheat, Gluten, Tree Nuts, or Sesame Seeds.

    Anti-inflammatory properties of artichoke

    Mix this with a nice syrup for a soothing digestive aid. I make mine with blueberry pancake syrup and take one tablespoon every morning. You can also cook with it or sprinkle your veggies.
