What is Agmatine Sulfate?
Agmatine is a naturally occurring amino acid found in plants and animals and is a byproduct of Arginine that is produced through a process called decarboxylation. In essence, it is Arginine with the carboxylic acid end removed. Agmatine is thought to act as a neurotransmitter, a chemical that modulates the activity of cells in your brain. It is also an intermediate product in the synthesis of polyamines, an essential compound for cell growth. Agmatine can even help regulate the production of NO from Arginine by inhibiting the enzyme synthetase in the body. The uptake of agmatine effects Arginine in NO synthesis and blood vessel dilation, which is usually limited naturally by the body.

How Does Agmatine Sulfate Work?
While the specific mechanisms of Agmatine need further study, the amino acid has been shown to inhibit various receptors such as N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA), nicotinic acetylcholine, and imidazoline. Agmatine can also inhibit nitric oxide synthase enzymes, which allows it to regulate elevated levels of nitric oxide. Agmatine can inhibit calcium channels and specific serotonin receptors as well. Further research is needed to determine the full extent of Agmatine's mechanisms.

Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 leveled scoop (~600 mg) with 6 - 8 ounces of water or suitable beverage. Taken once in the morning on an empty stomach and/or again one hour prior to workout for best results.

Agmatine is a life saver
Agmatine is the ticket out of phenibut tolerance build up ! And imo the ONLY way to get away from phenibut dependency. It stops phenibuts tolerance build up in it's tracks. Makes tapering a cake walk. Not to mention all the health benefits . And if used to get off phenibut, it's not just trading one addiction for another. No need to taper off agmatine... Thumbs up for sure

This product has given me an extra edge at the gym. A noticeable difference in endurance and strength levels. Drink plenty of water because it gave me a dehydrated feeling similar to Creatine when hydration levels are stressed do to excessive sweat and heavy intense training. Overall, a good product that will change how you train.
